炎炎夏日晨練要注意什么

在炎熱的夏季,晨練成為很多人外出活動(dòng)的選擇,專(zhuān)家提示,晨練要視自身健康情況選擇,做好喝水、補充能量等準備,選擇合適運動(dòng)場(chǎng)地,將鍛煉身體的風(fēng)險降到最低。

專(zhuān)家提示,對于有心臟和腦血管問(wèn)題的人,不建議進(jìn)行晨跑,早晨心率和血壓的提升比其他任何時(shí)候都要快,這樣會(huì )對心臟和腦血管產(chǎn)生負擔,猝死的發(fā)生風(fēng)險系數增高。如果空腹或者是高強度晨間運動(dòng)的話(huà),相對容易引起低血糖,尤其是對于本身就有糖尿病的人來(lái)說(shuō),但也不能吃得太多進(jìn)行晨起運動(dòng),尤其是劇烈的運動(dòng),否則容易增加胃腸道的負擔,引起相應的疾病。所以最好是晨起鍛煉前補充點(diǎn)能量,之后記得再吃點(diǎn)早餐。
