新房交易最怕遇到合同陷阱

調查結果顯示,房產(chǎn)糾紛主要集中在購買(mǎi)一手房、二手房和房屋裝修上,分別占比38.6%、27.3%、27.3%,而且將近70%的消費者對房產(chǎn)交易過(guò)程中的相關(guān)知識和風(fēng)險只是了解一般。同時(shí),消費者在新建商品房和二手房交易過(guò)程中遇到的糾紛在問(wèn)卷結果中顯示都是多方面的。其中,新建商品房交易陷阱主要是“合同陷阱或霸王條款”、“虛假廣告宣傳”;二手房交易陷阱主要是“隱瞞房屋缺陷”。針對如何避免購房糾紛,50%以上的消費者認為“購房前咨詢(xún)朋友、專(zhuān)家”和“購房前多學(xué)習房產(chǎn)知識,防止受騙”是最好的辦法。
