提高免疫力的七個(gè)方法

如何提高免疫力?葛敬儒給市民這么支招:

1.早睡:早睡有助于生長(cháng)激素的分泌,幫助人體保持內臟器官的健康,是恢復免疫力的最好方式。

2.鍛煉:適當鍛煉對免疫力提升大有好處,但也要注意,孕婦和嚴重的冠心病患者不適合進(jìn)行鍛煉。

3.情緒愉悅:情緒與身體健康密切相關(guān),保持積極正面的情緒有利于減輕身體負擔,保持健康。

4.煙酒節制:要注意,吸煙者感染率低是謠言,煙酒會(huì )對人體的內臟造成損傷,反而給了病毒可乘之機。

5.中成藥:部分中成藥可以幫助我們增強免疫力。
