長(cháng)假期間,還有不少人足不出戶(hù),刷劇刷微博,精神娛樂(lè )滿(mǎn)足了,卻像跑完一場(chǎng)馬拉松,只覺(jué)得頭重腳輕,眼睛發(fā)干,看東西發(fā)花,還有雙影。

控制上網(wǎng)時(shí)間,用電腦超過(guò)一小時(shí)應休息十分鐘。

多吃些動(dòng)物肝臟、瘦肉、胡蘿卜和豆芽等富含維生素A和蛋白質(zhì)的食物。用菊花、枸杞泡茶飲用,有益于消除眼疲勞。必要時(shí)可在醫生指導下適量使用眼藥水,并輔以調整植物神經(jīng)紊亂的藥物治療。

最后補充一點(diǎn)小提示:

節后剛開(kāi)始,尤其是第一天,工作學(xué)習強度不宜太大,應循序漸進(jìn),避免因節奏突變導致神經(jīng)衰弱。

上班休息之余,可和同事分享節日趣聞,或是閉目養神、聆聽(tīng)舒緩音樂(lè )、讀書(shū)閱報等,給思緒和心情一個(gè)緩沖期。
