地鐵四期“最難”盾構區間貫通

記者昨日從市軌道辦獲悉,由中國建筑承建的深圳地鐵13號線(xiàn)內湖停車(chē)場(chǎng)出入線(xiàn)雙線(xiàn)正式貫通,這也標志著(zhù)深鐵四期“最高難度”盾構區間施工完成,至此,深圳地鐵13號線(xiàn)一工區盾構及明挖區間已全部完成。

內湖停車(chē)場(chǎng)出入線(xiàn)地處深圳市南山片區,緊鄰海岸線(xiàn),存在富水回填地層、大粒徑拋石淺埋區、近距離下穿后海河等諸多工程難點(diǎn),以及承擔著(zhù)地表塌陷、盾構機下沉、隧道軸線(xiàn)超限等施工風(fēng)險。由于施工難度極大,也被公認為地鐵四期工程中難啃的“硬骨頭”。施工過(guò)程中,中建五局華南公司先后組織召開(kāi)了15次專(zhuān)家咨詢(xún)會(huì ),經(jīng)討論后確定最優(yōu)施工方案,采用“鋼套筒始發(fā)接收”工法,降低軟弱地層進(jìn)出洞施工風(fēng)險,通過(guò)全斷面地表注漿加固、大范圍深孔預裂爆破等措施,提前處理填石、錨索,確保掘進(jìn)施工順利。

地鐵13號線(xiàn)建成后將成為深圳南北走向重要通道,進(jìn)一步加快深圳與周邊城市軌道互聯(lián)互通。
