烏梅銀果排骨湯(3-4人份)

材料:藥用烏梅15克、銀耳1/4朵、蘋(píng)果1個(gè)、南杏仁10克、排骨500克、生姜3片。

制法:先將材料洗凈,銀耳提前清水泡發(fā),撕成小朵,蘋(píng)果削皮切塊;排骨斬大件,焯水;湯鍋中加入適量清水煮沸,放入所有材料,武火煮沸后轉文火煮1小時(shí),食用前調味即可。

功效:養陰潤燥、健脾開(kāi)胃、生津潤肺。

中醫認為,烏梅味酸,入肺經(jīng)功擅收斂肺氣,且能生津,是固澀養陰解暑的佳品。銀耳味甘質(zhì)潤,可滋陰潤肺,益胃生津,對秋燥癥頗具療效。佐以潤肺止咳的南杏仁,全湯清潤可口,共湊滋陰潤燥、健脾開(kāi)胃、生津潤肺之功效。

本湯品適用于陰虛有熱、肺虛咳嗽、咽干口渴、大便干結等癥。(張華、黃月星)
